Refund policy
At INKORA GEM, we blend the soul of classical art with the natural energy of gemstones. We want you to feel the same inspiration and peace from your jewelry as we did while creating it. However, if your piece doesn't resonate with you, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
Eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Returned in its original packaging, including the velvet pouch/box and any art description cards.
Not eligible for return and refund:
- For energetic integrity, items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
- All items use real natural gemstones. Slight variations between batches of the same product are normal (no two stones are identical), and returns/refunds for this reason are not accepted.
3. Return Process & Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- How to Start: Please email us at official@inkoragem.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with the appropriate return authorization and mailing instructions.
- Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Fees & Refunds
- Restocking Fee: A 3% processing fee will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover transaction and handling costs.
- Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your masterpiece arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
