1. Shipping Destinations & Cost
  • Primary Market: We currently specialize in serving our customers in the United States.
  • Shipping Cost: We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across the USA. No minimum purchase is required.

2. Processing & Delivery Time
  • Every INKORA piece undergoes a final inspection and an energy cleansing ritual before it leaves our studio.
  • Order Processing: 1-3 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery: 8-14 business days to the United States.
Please Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons or due to customs clearance procedures.

3. Tracking Your Masterpiece
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • You can track your package directly on our website through our Track Order page or via major international postal tracking sites.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive your notification.

4. Shipping Origin & Customs
  • To ensure the best selection of natural gemstones and artisanal craftsmanship, your jewelry is shipped directly from our dedicated studio in China.
  • US Customers: For personal shipments valued under $800, there are typically no import duties or taxes. In the rare event that additional local fees are applied, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at official@inkoragem.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement for you.
