OVERVIEW This website is operated by INKORA GEM. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to INKORA GEM. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Product Information & Artistic Integrity
  • Artistic Representation: Our jewelry is inspired by world-renowned art. While we strive to display our products as accurately as possible, the actual colors and textures you see will depend on your monitor. Many of our pieces use natural gemstones, which may vary slightly in pattern and hue—this is a mark of their natural origin and unique energy.
  • Energy Cleansing: Any descriptions regarding the "energy" or "healing properties" of stones are based on traditional beliefs and are for spiritual and aesthetic purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.

2. International Shipping & Customs
  • Shipping Origin: All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our studio/partners in China.
  • Delivery Estimates: Our standard shipping to the USA typically takes 8-14 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or customs clearance.
  • Import Duties: For orders under $800 USD, US customers typically do not incur customs duties. However, should any import taxes or local fees occur, they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

4. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and the unique design of our art-inspired jewelry, is the property of INKORA GEM and protected by international copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of our products or designs without express written permission from us.

5. Limitation of Liability
INKORA GEM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our jewelry contains small parts (beads, clasps) which may pose a choking hazard. Please keep out of reach of children and pets.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
